Executive Chef and Partner, John Kent Thurston “Johnnie”, of the esteemed “airy seafood” eatery on Palm Beach, has created an incredible menu especially for Place of Hope that is sure to impress. From the reception with passed hors d’oeuvres, to the succeeding four courses, each will be paired with hand selected boutique varietals from Seven Hills Winery and Biggio Hamina Cellars. GrapeStomp radio host and president of Bulletproof Wines & Spirits, Howard Freedland, will be guiding us through the pairings in an entertaining and educational fashion only he can offer.
