Iris Kiner, Psy.D. and Clinical Director Elaine Rotenberg, Ph.D.
Dr. Elaine Rotenberg has been the Clinical Director of the Alpert Jewish Family Service for the past 28 years. A licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Rotenberg was invited to serve in a key leadership role for Palm Beach County’s Action Alliance for Mental Health. Dr. Rotenberg received her BA degree from Brandeis University and her Masters and Doctoral degrees in psychology from the University of Denver. She completed her predoctoral fellowship in the psychiatry department of Yale University.
Dr. Rotenberg provides clinical oversight and establishes standards of best practice for the more than two dozen programs of Alpert JFS. Her responsibilities include direct oversight of all of the behavioral health services of the organization. She spearheaded the creation of a coalition to introduce the international evidence-based Mental Health First Aid program throughout Palm Beach County. Dr. Rotenberg is a much requested speaker and presents both locally and nationally on a variety of topics.
