Managing Performance - Professional Developement Workshop

In this LPBC Aspire session, we will discuss how to properly, effectively and efficiently manage performance of employees. We will discuss the life cycle of performance management and the importance of open and transparent communication with those who work for you. The goal of the interactive session is to allow for growing and aspiring leaders to understand the importance of providing feedback and challenging their employees to always think bigger and more strategically. The instructor, Alex Dobin, is the HR business partner of Federal Affairs, FPL Corporate and Customer Services for NextEra Energy, Inc., a leading clean energy company.
