Our 25th Education Conference–themed “The Intersection of Health and Hope”–will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the Marriott Palm Beach Gardens. Our conference mission will be to provide information, tools, and strategies to address the needs of patients with neurocognitive disorders, and their family and professional caregivers.
Our distinguished speakers boast extensive knowledge and experience in their respective fields. They are dedicated to sharing their experience and expertise and are passionate about improving the quality of life for those impacted by dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and related neurocognitive disorders.
