ClearSky Advisors LLC (“ClearSky”) is a venture capital/growth equity fund manager headquartered in West Palm Beach that invests in innovative companies, with a special focus on (i) technologies driving the energy transition, climate related technologies, and sustainability and (ii) disruptive solutions for cyber security, industrial security, and critical infrastructure security. ClearSky has ~$850 million of assets under management and invests in both early-stage venture and late-stage service providers/platforms with 63 investments completed to date. ClearSky has raised three funds and is in the process of raising its Fourth Fund.
