Hi! I’m Lindsay Simmons-Beale. I ride horses competitively, run a mortgage team, and am a mother of two.
My family has been deeply rooted in the real estate lending industry in Virginia for the past 50 years. Growing up, conversations at family meals often involved how to best help people achieve the “American Dream” of home ownership. I attended Clemson University & graduated suma cum laude in three years, with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in Spanish. My mom started in the industry with my oldest sister following her. I began working as a mortgage loan officer 15 years ago, partnering up with my oldest sister, Katie Simmons Hickey when we formed The Simmons Team. Our attention to detail, second to none commitment to customer service, and expertise in all types of home loan programs has helped The Simmons Team become one of the most successful home loan teams in the nation.
