Founded in 2003 by Javier Fernandez, Transitional Designs is a full-service interior design firm with a commitment to blending timeless elegance with modern sophistication. Under Javier’s direction, our work has been celebrated in national publications like Architectural Digest, Veranda.com, VUE, and HGTV.com. Javier participated in the prestigious Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach 2020, The Hampton Designer Showhouse 2020 and The Inaugural Holiday House Tabletop Show in Palm Beach 2023.

We create spaces as unique as the people who inhabit them. Javier’s passion for design was cultivated from an early age while working in his family’s home decorating store. This experience instilled in him the importance of hard work, attentive service, and crafting spaces that truly feel like home.
