Wells Real Estate Investment LLC (Wells) is a real estate investment and development company with a finance component, which helps finance its own transactions. Wells was founded with the objective to be a leader in real estate and finance, to help improve local communities and families while remaining in the forefront of future market trends.

Wells has developed a diverse portfolio including offices, mixed use, residential, single family, multi-use, and commercial including short term rentals and hotels. Wells' headquarters is in South Florida but also has holdings in other regions throughout the United States. We pride ourselves on being a big enough company to handle larger development projects but nimble enough to also take on smaller real estate opportunities.
