Mr. Alexander is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate attorney and the firm’s real estate practice group leader. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing, representing sophisticated developers, purchasers, sellers, and lenders. A Palm Beach resident, Mr. Alexander is a director of The Mary Alice Fortin Foundation and trustee of the Rosarian Academy Charitable Trust.
 
Real estate shareholder Ben Alexander was named by The Best Lawyers in America in the category of Real Estate Law. Ben, a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate attorney, heads the Jones Foster Palm Beach office on Royal Palm Way. He performs sophisticated real estate transactions for local and national developers, equity investors, business entities, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and high-end residential purchasers and sellers. Litigation shareholder and Palm Beach Town Attorney Joanne O’Connor was named by Best Lawyers in the category of Commercial Litigation. Ms. O’Connor is a Florida Bar Board Certified Business Litigation attorney and focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters such as contracts, business torts, and partnership and corporate disputes, as well as real estate and land use litigation. As Town Attorney for the Town of Palm Beach, Ms. O’Connor counsels the Town, its officials, and staff on a wide range of legal issues including contracts, land use and zoning, ordinances, and regulations, and oversees the Town’s litigation.
 
Land use and governmental attorney Skip Randolph, former Town Attorney to Palm Beach for 44 years, was named by Best Lawyers in the areas of Municipal Law and Municipal Litigation. Mr. Randolph focuses his practice on matters relating to municipal and administrative law, land use, and zoning in representing municipalities, including the Town of Gulf Stream and the Town of Jupiter Island. He also works with individual clients in municipal and governmental law matters, including code enforcement, land use, and zoning. Mr. Randolph is the longtime chairman of the Palm Beach Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
